Educational default: most healthy adults should not exceed 400mg/day. Pregnancy or trying to conceive → 200mg/day. Under 18 → keep stim products low. This is a suggested ceiling, not a safe maximum.
Stimulant sensitivity
Allows up to High stim formulas when sleep and stress are good. Suggested ceiling: 300–400mg/day.
